Home Health Aide
The following personal care services will be provided to clients in their homes by a nursing assistant or a home health aide from Patient’s Choice Home Health Care.
- Assist with bathing
- Prepare, serve meals
- Light Housekeeping
- Pick Up of Medications and Groceries
- Assist with ADL’s
- Assist with ambulation, transfers
- Assist with self administration
With flexible Home Health Aide and Nursing Assistant Care schedules, we can provide you with care 24/7 or on an as needed basis. For individuals who need some assistance at home, call 305-225-5353 to talk to our care coordinator.
